Jesus Christ is the head and builder of His Church of which Christ Apostolic Church, Closing Time Assembly, London, Ontario is a localized expression. 

Under the headship of Christ, Christ Apostolic Church, Closing Time Assembly, London, is led by a plurality of biblically-qualified pastors , Evangelists, Deacons and Deaconess  (See 1 Timothy 3 and Titus 1). The “Church board of Directors” is accountable to God for overseeing and giving direction to all aspects of local church life and ministry. 

Currently, the church is under the directorship of Lady Evangelist Adebola Oyedele and Deacon Mathew Oyedele
